UP Diliman secures a 100% passing rate as all of the 33 examinees from the College of Social Work and Community Development (CSWCD) succeeded in the September 2026 Social Worker Licensure Examination (SWLE).
Seven of the 33 secured spots in the Top 10. Leading the group is Kyla Anne Valesco, who ranked second with a 93.20% rating. She is followed by Jesusalyn E. Echano, who placed third (92.80%); Catherine Romina F. Aperocho, who placed sixth (92.20%); Anne Noelle A. Balmacea, who placed seventh (92.00%); Rona Mae S. Sanchez, who placed eighth (91.80%); and Paige Ingrid De Ocampo Alovera and Abigail Palad Soriano, who both placed ninth (91.60%).
The CSWCD stated “the entire UP community celebrates your achievement and takes great pride in this milestone. As you embark on your professional journey as registered social workers, may you carry forward the values, knowledge and commitment nurtured during your time at the CSWCD. We hope you will continue to live up to the UP’s core values of honor and excellence in the service of the nation.”
Additionally, the University was also among the top performing schools in this year’s SWLE.
